Elevating the Status of Illustrative Art
Welcome to Pixel Ink Gallery the home of illustration. Our mission is to elevate the status of illustrative art. We provide a space for emerging and established artists to showcase and sell their works in an encouraging and supporting environment.
If you are interested in exhibiting at Pixel Ink Gallery please submit a proposal.
This proposal should contain the following:
- Artist’s biography
- Artist’s contact details
- Artist’s statement
- Proposed exhibition title (or working title)
- A description of the work you would like to exhibit, including medium, size (dimensions) and approximate price
- Images of the work (or if not yet created, the style of work)
- How you would present the work (i.e. framed, mounted on board, etc)
- Any related themes, ideas or concepts
Please limit your written proposal to two A4 pages. You may use the form below or send a written proposal to our postal address:

Please make sure your images are clear and well labelled (dimensions, medium, estimated price). Please contact us if you are unclear about the process or would like further information.
Consideration of Proposals:
Pixel Ink Gallery director, Rosalind Clark will consider all proposals, however, it may take a few weeks to hear back from us. Prior to accepting a proposal a face-to-face meeting may be required. All proposals are considered against standard criteria.
Exhibition Proposal Form
The Pixel Ink Gallery is located at 219 Cuba Street, Wellington. There are two separate entrances into the gallery, one from Cuba Street, the other from the Comfort / Quality Hotel. Exhibition space is approximately 14 square metres. A gallery track is used on the western wall.

KIRAN-X is a Wellington aerosol-stencil artist known for breaking apart nostalgic images of people and objects into component shapes then rebuilding them against layers of visceral pattern and textures. |

Guido Anton is a digital illustrative artist based in Auckland. His visual style is constantly developing as an expression of his life’s narrative. |

Andy Shaw is a Wellington freelance illustrator who specialises in storyboards for film & television, animation, graphic design and digital illustration. |
