    Exhibition Statement:

    “These paintings are influenced by my interest in Eastern philosophy, universal symbols and physics. I’m interested in the unseen; the subconscious and the sub-atomic. Despite these preoccupations, my work is not intended to be highly conceptual – contemplate them for awhile and find your own meaning.”

    Biography:

    Ange Lee lives high on a hill near the south coast of Wellington. She has exhibited in Japan and New Zealand, and her paintings are held in private collections in the UK, France, Australia and New Zealand.
