PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$, NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax) where applicable. All prices are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card via PayPal. You will be auto-directed to a secure PayPal checkout page to complete the transaction either as a guest or sign in using your PayPal account.

If paying by Manual Payment (New Zealand customers only) including online banking, bank deposit or cheque we will provide you with a reference number and further payment instructions after purchase. Once funds have been received and cleared we will ship your items to your selected address.

Where payment is not received within 48 hours items will be returned to stock. If items are out of stock or unavailable for whatever reason we will endeavour to contact you as soon as practicable.

Please allow 1-5 working days for local delivery, overnight/next day couriers will incur extra charges so please let us know if this is required. Items will be put on hold from your enquiry date until payment is received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship overseas to selected countries. You can view our Shipping Rates here.

For countries other than New Zealand the shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is exported. The responsibility for any foreign customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed will be met by the customer.

In order to comply with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. Please note that by law we cannot mark the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

LAYBY

We do offer layby (payment in installments where we hold the goods until payment is received in full) for online and instore sales. Online laybys are subject to our layby policy terms & conditions. You can layby non-sale items online with a 50% deposit required. The layby term is 1 month and regular installments must be made. If you decide to cancel the layby fees may apply.

To layby an item please use the Coupon Code LAYBY at the checkout.

Note: Laybys will be shown as a discount on your purchase receipt (this discount is the balance due).

RETURNS POLICY

Under New Zealand law we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Full price merchandise only may be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size/colourway. Sorry we do not offer cash refunds, subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour, etc prior to and after purchasing.

We recommend that you check your order against the purchase receipt as soon as you receive it. All goods will be quality checked before being sent to you. If you wish to return any item for any reason please email us first letting us know your intention to return the goods and your reasons why.

You must pay for RETURN shipping and items must be received in original condition (i.e. all labels & tags attached). Items must be received within 14 days from the delivery date (the date on enclosed purchase receipt).

All returns must be forwarded to Pixel Ink Limited, 219 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011, New Zealand.

RETURNS BASED ON CHANGE OF MIND

For exchanging items based on change of mind the cost of RETURN and FORWARD shipping must be met by the customer.

COLOUR VARIATION

Please note the colour of our products represented on your monitor may not be 100% accurate. A reasonable effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. If you have any concerns please contact us to discuss this further.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Personal information collected on this site may be used and stored by Pixel Ink Limited for the following purposes: contacting customers, shipping and delivery, filling orders and market research. Personal information held by Pixel Ink Limited will not be distributed to third parties without consent, unless we are obliged to disclose information in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act or by order of any Court of Tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
